Ink Cartridges are too pricey!
Too expensive for a cartridge that doesn't last all that long. Most of my copies are black - Why does Magenta run out so fast?

Highly professional and accommodating service personnel. I can't say enough about their personalized service to make sure I selected the correct number ink cartridge. Manager if the store authorized an exchange for a mistake purchase which had an opened box. I will definitely continue buying from the Vinnen Sq Staples in Marblehead.

Printer settings economize ink cartridge life
Noticed it's useful to pay attention to one's printer settings to take advantage of usage of ink according to need. (Low ink usage really looks as good as medium usage settings; try draft vs. normal for low-priority items, etc.)
