HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

On line order of printer ink
When my printer ran out of ink recently, I couldn’t print church bulletins to assist in worshiping in Zoom meetings. Not wanting to go out unless absolutely necessary, I ordered the inks from Staples early one afternoon, and found them delivered early the next morning! Great service and much appreciated! Highly recommend Staples!

Purchasing offices supplies during the quarantine.
The on-line site was very easy to use and the cartridges were delivered as promised. Never had to leave home and risk contracting the virus. The price was consistent with other suppliers and I did not see any effort by Staples to profit from the Covid 19.

What I need, when I needed it
The dreaded message "You cannot continue printing until you install new HP Ink Cartridges" has happened to me before, frantically digging in drawers for that essential cartridge that I am SURE I bought as a backup...coming up empty.

HP system Rip Off
I hate the fact that HP printers require replacement of a single color cartridge is empty even if you only want to print with black ink. My yellow cartridge was damaged and the ink dried up. I had to replace it in order to do any printing -- even if I restricted to black ink only. Further, the yellow cartridge still had ink in it! I hate HP printers!
