HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

I WAS TRICKED
Im a senior citizen Brought my 25 empty cartridges in for credit on my next purchase of ink The guy at the counter never told me that you only get credit for 10 As soon as I got home I called the store to get my 15 cartridges back for future credit They told me its to late that the cartridges were already put into cardboard box I will never go back to Staples I do not t...

HP Print Cartridge don't acceps2 after market
I tried to save a couple $$$ and brought a remanufactured cartridge for my printer. While black was black, colors were not true and blured on most lines on all paper. Bought OEM HP no blured lines. Savings was not worth the trouble I had to go through
