Great USB Computer headset! Pleased customer!
I was pleasantly surprised, as I had not heard of this brand. It has worked great with my Dell laptop! I liked that I didn’t have to download/upload an app or anything. I just plugged it in and it was ready. I’ve used it daily on my Zoom meetings and Microsoft Teams calls. No issues (knock on wood).

Not for me, and broken
The earpieces are small. I was looking for ones that completely cover the ear. The headpiece does not seem to be adjustable and is too large for my head. Even if it were not for these flaws, there seems to be a short in the microphone. It would pic up my voice for a word or two but it I touched the cord at all, whether to just move it or to mute the mic, the mic cut out...

Works as expected
Needed a non-USB headset for an older Chromebook, and this fit the bill for my 8-year old very well. Uses for 3-4 hours a day, no complaints about discomfort after use.

Works great for webinars!
Perfect for headphones for webinars with adjustable volume, microphone placement, and long enough cord you can move around without it coming unplugging. Love the mute option on the headphone cord.

It did what I needed it to do.
Once I figured out to tell my computer that its microphone was disabled, things went well. If you are in a Zoom meeting, be sure to tell Zoom which microphone you are using. The ear cushions were uncomfortable for my ears after several minutes. A good product overall.

Works very well at shielding out ambient noise on its microphone. Sound is well balanced, and it is easy to plug in using either a mic input jack or any USB port.

Sound quality is good. Comfort is okay. I like being able to move the mic and the length of the cord is workable. Mute switch and sound are conveniently located a distance away from headset and mic. Only possible issue is there is no way to clip it onto you. Its great having the usb attachment for the 3.5mm plug in.
