So far so good
Microwave used for busy nurse's break room. Replaced commercial grade one that only lasted a year. Great handle to open. Will need to reheat a little longer (instead of 30 seconds go for 60 seconds or more).

Junk warranty is only a year and stopped working before 2 years.

So far so good
