Great product!
I am really impressed with this light up hand-held magnifier. Great to see small details and print. Small enough to easily slip into pocket and take along. Case slides open when needed, but protects glass when not in use. This feature makes it a great product for travel.

great idea
I gave the 3X Optical Magnifier 4 stars only because it could be a bit larger. Would be nice to have more surface area in view with out having to move the magnifier all over the place. It is nice to have even though it could be bigger.

Haven’t used it yet since it’s a Christmas gift but it looks exactly what I’m looking for. Hopefully, I can replace the battery for the light, if it goes out.

Carson Optical MiniBrite Magnifier
Ordered online and my aging eyes allow me to see fine print. The slide out with LED light is the perfect combination. This one (online) is 1000% better than the one sold in the store, which is flimsy and requires the two buttons pushed at the same time to release magnifier and then again to turn on the light.

I had trouble figuring out how to open and was pushing the wrong way. Once I learned how to open it I find it works great.

Magnifier
This magnifier is waaay too small to work effectively in an office. I can't even read more than 2-3 words in a book the screen is so small. Do not recommend.

Great Magnifier
I bought one of these years ago, and just recently bought a second one so that I have a magnifier in each of two rooms where I need to see small details. The magnifier works great, especially with the automatic light when in use. Love it!

I needed readers for a tiny purse and this is even better!! Fits in my purse, slides out when I need it - glass is protected and it lights up what I am trying to read and magnifies that very tiny print on labels!

perfect for my purse
I bought this magnifier specifically for my purse. I wasn't sure If I was buying something flimsy, or if the magnification would be weak or blurry - that can happen with smaller magnifiers - but I have been VERY delighted with this one. It's not too heavy and is perfect for reading labels at the grocery store! Would definitely buy it again if I needed another.
