Epson cartridges
Got exactly what was shown, official Epson cartridges for my old XP-440. They work as they always have. Dependable. A bit pricey, but that's the usual for ink, even for older running printers.

Printer Held Hostage
I had to purchase a magenta cartridge just so I could print in black. In what world does that make sense? Epson holds your printer hostage but not letting it print in black if any of the three primary colored ink cartridges are empty.

Easy purchase process, fast delivery but needed to sign for package
Just what I needed, Epson T288XL Magenta ink cartridge has more ink than the standard 288 so I don’t have to replace as often. Staples delivered fast and driver needed signature at time of delivery, so I know now if I won’t be around next time I will select store pick up. Purchase was an easy process online.

Ink fine, inkjet printer not so fine
This ink is ok. Just don’t ever buy an Epson inkjet. Billed as ‘cheap’ or inexpensive to change ink - My 3rd Epson printer. Never again. These ink cartridges run out or just dry up in 2-3 months max without printing anything. Forget color. Forget inkjet. Buy a laser printer and be done with it.

On line rewards suck
I hate the on line shopping experience. Your on line rewards program sucks. It’s way to complicated to keep track of. Don’t make people jump through hoops just to save a few dollars, better to just give me a decent deal in the beginning. Very unsatisfied.

I always buy this cartridge.
I have an epson printer and always use epson cartridges. It was VERY curious that the price I paid was a bit under $20. The pack of four cartridges that I bought at the same time was more expensive than if I had bought them separately. JUST ANOTHER CONSIDERATE SERVICE STAPLES PROVIDES THEIR CUSTOMERS.
