Efficient use for presentation
I have purchased these before and they are a nice way to create a presentation for a recipient. These are a single page vs folder style which provides a cost savings when doing many of these. Dark blue color.

Good quality for its price
The certificate holders were good quality for the price I paid. I expected higher quality overall but I also didn’t pay nearly as much as for the nice ones I’ve gotten from Staples in the past so it’s only fair that I got what I paid for. Other than that they are perfectly fine.
