Perfect
Took me forever to finally get one but nothing like being hands free at the office. Wish my office phone was bluetooth but this works great!!

Works
Surprisingly works well with our old phone and helps with the long wait times while on the phone with insurance companies.

Excellent headset
This headset is very good. I use it with my cordless phone so when I am on the phone I have the freedom to walk around and do things.

Good value
I needed a headset to attach to a land line phone so I purchased this product. The product seems sturdy. It is reasonably priced and I am happy with my purchase so far.

Tool to Solve Problem!
The headset works as I expected. However like my last headset the cord to the jack is very thin and will probably fail after a little use. The cord needs to be much sturdier to enable the headset to last any length of time.

Not compatable
I bought 8 of these for our office and was disappointed when they arrived because they are not compatible with our phones. I didn't realize that they are not office phone quality. Hoping the return will be easy.

NOT HAPPY
Headset is defective. Crackling sound heard from everyone I talk to. Connection is secure... It is not eligible to return I'm guessing because it's an office supply? I don't understand why i can't return it. Definitely NOT happt at all. I'm not buying anything here again

Nice for the Price
We've been using them in the office for a week and so far so good. It takes time to find your "sweet spot" distance with the microphone where you don't hit your S's and P's too hard. They can be worn comfortably on either ear and adjust well to small heads. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

Awesome headset
This was a replacement headset for my office. Works so much better than the one I had. Can hear perfectly well and love the flexible mouthpiece. Don't really use the feature that folds it up but it's nice to have the option.

may have to return this item doesn't seem to work with our phone.
The callers voice comes over the speaker phone & we can't seem to get it to work correctly.
