got a metal halide bulb out of a 20 foot tall fixture i was scared of ladder to do.
it worked. I am unscathed , and the light bulb came out and to the ground safely.

Really bad product
The large basket does NOT pull off the bulb once the bulb is in place. I had to pull so hard the socket came out of the ceiling. Fortunately, I could reach it with a ladder and pry the basket off the bulb.
The suction cup does not stick to the bulb securely enough to rotate and remove the bulb. It kept shifting and losing its grip. So I certainly don't trust it to inse...

Really bad product
