Rip-off
Works well, easy to install, but the price is a joke. For 2 trays I can buy a new printer, with all expensive guts. The tray is just a piece of plastic with a few movable elements. Total rip-off.

Finally, I can load a full ream at a time
After years of constantly having a half ream of paper laying around until the tray ran out, I can now load a full ream at a time. Installation couldn't be simpler, literally remove a couple pieces of shipping tape, then just set the printer down on top of this tray. The printer prompts you for the paper size that is loaded into the tray, and away you go. Couldn't be ...

Good qualioby, but cumbersome
The quality of the printing and the scans is very good and the sheet feeder for scanning works well. The software interface for scanning controls is cumbersome, though, and requires too many steps. The single sheet feeder often feeds paper (when printing on legal size) crooked despite care in feeding.

Works Great, no Issue.
This was an expensive add on, however we have no complaints with its functionality. It was completely plug and play and was easy to install.
