They pick up very small items to large items. They also pick up round items like spay cans and have a little magnet on the side of the grabbers that is pretty strong for it's size.

This grabber grabbed me......by the heart!
Seriously this is a super versatile grabber The rotating head magnet and easy squeeze handle has made it a favorite of my employees when I force them to clean up the floor.
