Defective
The inside attachment doesn't allow the paper towel to turn. I have a paper towel dispenser that doesn't work at all now

The paper towel roll does not work properly because the plastic holder on the right is poorly designed. Do not recommend

Doesn’t Hold the Roll In Place
The paper towel roll does not hold in place because the plastic holder on the right is poorly designed. Really?? Definitely not recommended.
