A good workout for at home or travel. The price keeps going up on these. So not cheap. Gofit is a good quality product

I took to using these bands when I took a trip. I didn’t want to stop the progress I made in the gym. Although I’ve used weights for years, I was IMPRESSED. They are a great workout.

This is wonderful product to substitute the real gym workout during the pandemic of 2020 and into 2021. I really like this set! One things wish it had is a more detailed instruction booklet and/or poster that includes the muscle groups worked for each exercise. I had to dig out the BluRay player to watch the video. We rarely watch DVDs or BluRay discs anymore since so much is digital. A really good value, but like gym memberships, you have to use it to get any benefit. Really easy to use with the helpful dvd. You really don't have to know anything to put it to work. Versatile. Improves lots of muscle groups. But i don't use it nearly often enough. It needs a secret alarm that you can't turn off that goes off at random times to remind you. .....

I love this product. It does not feel flimsy at all- the handles and cables are top quality. I travel for work and have this in my bag every trip. If you don't always have access to a gym, this is a great product to have. The adjustable resistance also lets you add serious weight instead of the usual light/medium/hard options

these are great to keep active while traveling. I also keep them around the house and can use them while watching tv or doing other passive activities around the house. They seem to be well made.

Sturdy, padded handles make it safe and comfortable to use. Large yet light metal clips make it easy to change bands. Door anchor attaches securely, easily, and harmlessly. Very easy to use anywhere. On a door that opens in, just put the little part covered with the woven nylon and is the size of a spool of thread inside the door jam and pull the door closed.
