Great ink for the whole family
This ink was great.The whole family was so excited when I brought this home. My oldest kid was able to use this to finish his college paper to and was able to finish top of the class. Not a "Special Buy" at all
This 3 pack costs more than buying the same 3 individual XLcolor cartridges.

Purchasing Ink Cartridge
I was able to pick up the yellow and red cartridge ink at the store. However the cyan was out of stock and I will need to return to pick that up at a later date. I did previously order the black cartridge online but the other colors were not available at that time. I did not require any assistance while I was at the store.

902XL Yellow
I purchased this because my regular retailer can't seem to keep HP inks in stock. So far, it's done well. It's for use on a home computer, so it hasn't gotten much play yet

I am trying to get hold of 902 ink cartridges for my printer. This has been unusually difficult. I was relieved to be able to find a yellow cartridge through Staples. Wish I could now find a cartridge of Cyan ink.

I put the new yellow cartridge in my printer. The cartridge was empty and the printer gives me a message to replace the cartridge.
I am also disappointed that you do not have the cyan cartridges available

Yellow ink cartridge NOT HIGH YIELD
How can I get a refund for the 902XL group of cartridges that I purchased and the yellow was defective? I took it back to Staples and they said the yellow cartridge was not an XL, otherwise I could have bought a new set, replaced the good non-XL with my defective and return the entire set I just purchased. Lack of stock is totally unacceptable.
Usually someone purchases all the color cartridges together. The continual "out of stock" labels for one or more colors, or the three-pack of colors, is extremely disappointing and makes the printer unusable. One color is worthless if the other colors can't be obtained.
