Great ink for the whole family
This ink was great.The whole family was so excited when I brought this home. My oldest kid was able to use this to finish his college paper to and was able to finish top of the class. My middle child was able to use this to start a school news paper and received an award from the school principal. Our other child was able to print art to sell at flea markets and earned ...

Not a "Special Buy" at all
This 3 pack costs more than buying the same 3 individual XLcolor cartridges.

Unhappy with the magenta ink cartridge
I removed all of the wrapping and the tape and the magenta is not working. I don’t know if it’s empty or something happened in transit, but it’s not coming out in color. The only colors that are showing are the blue cyan and black.

Great Ink purchase

As with hp printers I get less than half the number of pages that HP advertises on a cartridge. But that is not Staples fault

To Customer Service,
I think it’s worthwhile if you, when someone is placing an order, make sure the address is correct, by asking them in the order form. Apparently, the last order I had shipped was to a summer address in the Northern Adirondacks, so that’s where my latest order went, as the snow was accumulating up there. (Most of the year we’re in Schenectady, NY.)...

Thank you HP!
Great product! Always happy with HP cartridges. I have tried other "replacement" cartridges when HP ones were not available. Others have always been a BIG disappointment.

yellow, no ink flow
Yellow would not print, the out let pad looked dry, after pumping the out let of the cartridge many times with a pen, it began to print. Pad looked yellow then.
