High-yield black
When the colors are not 'empty' enough to replace and I still have several print-outs to do being able to simply replace the high-yield Black 902XL cartridge and go about my business. Colors can be done later. Thank you.

Excellent quality product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good price, fast shipment, and excellent quality printer ink. However, this time my shipment did not include a recycle bag.

Ran out of the Cyan ink 2 days after purchase..
As shown in title, the Cyn ink lasted 2 days (I'm not a heavy user). This was purchased to replace one I bought last week which lasted for only a day..

Problem with the color ink
The color ink doesn't work only the black one. I lost my money. Since the last time I got it didn't work. The ink doesn't last either. This is the 3tr HP 🖨 printer I have to discard. Thinking about to get a different one from another brand.

Hi Maria I'm sorry that you didn't have a very good experience with the cartridges. I can imagine how disappointing that must have been. Here are some things that might help lower your ink usage: - Set the printer to draft mode whenever possible - Using the black-only setting will save on colored ink usage. - Shut the printer down between uses - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying - Subscribe to Instant Ink then you only pay by the page and not for the cartridges themselves While it is usually unlikely that you could have gotten two defective cartridges in a row it does happen. Ultimately the seller is responsible for the quality of what you bought from them so I'd advise you to again contact the seller about any cartridge that is not working. Mary HP Care hp.com/support

ink disaster
New cyan ink wouldn't print. Returned to Staples for a new set. That cyan didn't work. Staples blamed the printer. Called HP. Nightmare!

Ran out of inks within two weeks with little use.
Installed on 3/16/21 and now the computer is already showing low levels of ink. I ordered it online from Staples. I have not used much printing with need for color ink

I would have gave 5 stars but my cyan ink was defective and couldn’t be used sadly

Bad Cartridge
I bought a HP 902-4pack and the blue cartridge was defective. The other cartridges were fine.
