I regret the inconvenience. I can understand if you are not happy, but rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously.
When it is not in use for some time, it is a good idea to shut the printer off. However, it is important to always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the printhead is protected from excessive drying which leads to clogging of its tiny nozzles.
Once the nozzles are clogged, it can take several cleaning routines to clear them. Proper powering down of the printer can help avoid that.

Bad Batch
I'm not sure if it was the batch that I received but when I printed a picture of Blues Clues it came out whites and it should have been blue and the background should have been all black and it came out all magenta. I thought I had the cartridges in the wrong spot at first but I checked them and they were in the correct spot. I did some other printing and it happened ...

I am sorry that the colors weren't right. I can understand if you are unhappy about that.
It is likely that the cyan cartridge wasn't printing correctly, since it sounds like the yellow and magenta were showing up. Instructions for completing the return and exchange process are at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges

Great find!

Ink cartridges for HP printer that I need are back in stock
Finally the ink cartridges I need for my home office HP printer are back in stock. I tried off-brand replacements while the color cartridges were unavailable and they did not work at all.

Yhe cartride is just fine same brand and size that I have been getting for years. I like that it really does last as long as it says. I am especially impressed with the fast delivery! just as promised.

Rather expensive
I had to reset my yellow color a few times to get it to function otherwise everything worked well.

Had to throw away one black cartridge
The pack came with the 3 colors and two black cartridges. The black cartridge worked for a day or two, then functioned like it was empty - pages printed but were illegible, like the cartridge was nearly empty. I tried removing and reinstalling it, but the same result. I switched it out with the second black cartridge which worked fine. A waste of money.

Great freature
