Not Your Fault
Staples responds quickly and well. HP has a nice printer; however they don’t provide the ink cartridges to run them! I had to buy ink from 3 different sources! I’m looking for a new printer that is NOT an HP brand. I will shop at Staples because they are really good!

Defective Cartridge
The Cyan cartridge was defective out-of-the-box and left the color printing feature of my printer useless. The HP website was of no use at all. Staples is refunding the 4/pack for me.

There is has been a back log of colored ink for my printer for months. This is the first time I saw this cartridge in Staples. It is not the one I usually use but bought it since there was nothing else. Why the months long back log?

Why can't I get Color 902 Cartridges at Staples? Staples only carries 902 Black Cartridges.

Concern
While the black ink is in good supply and works welli in my printer there is a lack of colored ink on the market. I was told it was due to a recall on the ink cartridges. I hope this gets fixed soon because I am totally out of colored ink.

Waiting for cyan and yellow cartridges
The ink cartridge is just fine. I'm just in a jam because HP has recalled the blue and cyan cartridges and I need them for my freelance work from home.

Hard to find
I was very pleased that I was able to find the HP 902XL color cartridges at Staples. In addition they were fairly priced and delivered very quickly at no charge. Good product and good shopping experience.
