Second time I purchased this cartridge and within 1 day it says empty cartridge. 1st time I purchased I got that message with a day went I got a second cartridge same thing happen! 😳

The ink was dry and only good for a few copies after it waited so long to receive it.

what choices do I have?
Have not used it...in previous 4-pack...problem....blue ink was liquid and is still on the rug in my office. It was replaced...the ink Not the rug.

There's some kind of recall going on with the 902 Cyan and Yellow cartridges.

What’s Up???
The Cyan cartridge was dry!!! My HP 6978 will not allow me to print in greyscale when there is an empty color cartridge. (Go figure) HP Cyan ink is not available!

Can't get my products
I need 902 XL for black yellow magenta & cyan ink. I could only buy yellow and magenta. Was told by store personnel that HP has recalled the Black and Cyan 902 inks because they were leaking. Now they say they won't be in stock until end of this year. I don't have any ink left??

902 xl cartridges
The black cartridge is just fine. When are you going to get Cyan back in stock. It has been three months without Cyan so I am only able to print black/white photos.

I use the HP INKS Because what they don't tell you is that no other ink will work properly for their printers. My next printer will not be HP

Faulty cartridges
After installing your cartridges, makes sure that the levels are at their maximum. The yellow cartridge (and Cayan) show “low ink” after less than a week. I’ve only needed the color cartridges a couple of times, but both are towards the end. The black & magenta are fine.

902 yellow ink cartridge
I gave it 3 stars only because I am very upset that I MUST use HP ink cartridges in order for my printer to work. I will probably be getting a different printer soon.

It would be nice if you could keep it in stock.
You have been out of stock of this item for months both online and in store along with other 902 color cartridges. For those of us who are working from home this issue is causing more stress. We seem to be at the mercy of manufacturers and distributors such as yourselves.
