One cartridge is not registering
I purchase this product all of the time and I have never had a problem. This particular box had a defective cyan. I'm just frustrated because of course I had a project to complete. Hopefully I can make the exchange and all will be right with the world.

Shake the ink cartridge
I have to clean the printer head constantly and take the ink cartridge out and shake it.

I will never buy and HP product again
I ran out of ink for my HP printer so I bought some HP ink for my HP printer. When I installed the new ink I got an error message on my printer saying that the HP cartridge was not recognized by my HP printer. Purchase HP902 Black Ink
Ink is in inventory at my house and is expected to work fine. It was bought because the store was out of stock of the ink I wanted. I wanted the black ink plus the color ink single package.

Ink Cartridge - HP Office Jet Pro 6968
I am HP 902XL Magenta Ink Cartridge is being used as I used it (them) from the day I purchased my HP Office Jet 6968 printer more than three years ago. These reviews serve no purpose for a product that I have used for three or more years. I used the Hewlett Packard personal inkjet printers from their conception pre-HP Office Jet Pro 6968.

No problem with the 902 XL Black ink cartridge but was not able to purchase either the 902 XL Cyan or 902 XL yellow cartridges.

Best ink cartridge around
I just got home from work and realized I was out of ink. So I ran to staples and the ink cartridges I was looking for were the last ones on the shelf. Displays great color for printing family photos

Thankful it was Available
I am trying to get hold of 902 ink cartridges for my printer. This has been unusually difficult. I was relieved to be able to find a yellow cartridge through Staples. Wish I could now find a cartridge of Cyan ink.
