The blue cartridge is not recognized by the printer and the store is not restocked.
Not good. The printer ink blue cartridge isn’t recognized by the printer and will not work. Returned to the store to exchange it twice and the store is not restocked and there is not any HP print cartridge for my printer.

Magenta ink is fine but unfortunately I can't print anything in color because cyan is out of stock everywhere Without it I have just wasted my money on this purchase..

HP is unbelievable!
WE can't get the cartridge but you may find a magenta somewhere. What is HP issue. Also for those of use that have had HP for several years what defect did you have with the 902 cartridges Why are you not giving your users a credit as somehow IO am sure we have paid for your issue to be fixed without letting us know what is going on?

Second time I purchased this cartridge and within 1 day it says empty cartridge. 1st time I purchased I got that message with a day went I got a second cartridge same thing happen! 😳

The ink was dry and only good for a few copies after it waited so long to receive it.

what choices do I have?
Have not used it...in previous 4-pack...problem....blue ink was liquid and is still on the rug in my office. It was replaced...the ink Not the rug.

Cartridge Defective
There's some kind of recall going on with the 902 Cyan and Yellow cartridges.

What’s Up???
The Cyan cartridge was dry!!! My HP 6978 will not allow me to print in greyscale when there is an empty color cartridge. (Go figure) HP Cyan ink is not available!

902 xl cartridges
The black cartridge is just fine. When are you going to get Cyan back in stock. It has been three months without Cyan so I am only able to print black/white photos.

Can't get my products
I need 902 XL for black yellow magenta & cyan ink. I could only buy yellow and magenta. Was told by store personnel that HP has recalled the Black and Cyan 902 inks because they were leaking. Now they say they won't be in stock until end of this year. I don't have any ink left??

Hp printers
I use the HP INKS Because what they don't tell you is that no other ink will work properly for their printers. My next printer will not be HP
