Terrible
I have had nothing but trouble with this printer from day one.

No color ink
There was no HP color ink of any number. It was all recalled because it caused detrimental damage to the printer if the ink was allowed to sit for a while in the printer. It already cost me a printer when the cost of the repairs was nearly twice the original cost of the printer. I had to buy a new printer!

902 xl ink
we always like the xl ink but are haveing a very hard time finding 902 xl in yellow and cyan after the recall. We have rewards that expire on 10/31/2020 and would like to use them on the ink but can't.

Defective
I’ve always used Hp printers so I’m very familiar with its products. The last few times I’ve replaced my color printer the cartridges they are defective they don’t last as normally. I’m spending double the money to print my materials.

It worked great as your products generally do . I was disappointed that you were out of stock on the tri color cartridges.

Use HP ink cartridges all the time but last time I went to Staples to buy ink they were out of HP 902 yellow and blue ink. Still waiting for it.

Empty after 10 pages printed
Every time I buy this ink. It doesn’t last long at all!!! Will need to buy new printer with different ink cartridges
