Much Needed

Hi Georgia I would like to clarify why the cyan and magenta did not work. If the cartridges are not new they are likely to empty. Replacing them will fix this problem. Excellent turnaround.
The ink cartridges are always new and never dried out inventory as I have experienced with other services.

Hello Shirley There seems to be a lack of information of the poor quality. Was the ink streaking? Was it light or faded? Was it spotty? I can offer ideas on fixing all of these circumstances. If it was streaking clean the print rollers. Light or faded ink means the cartridge is running out or the print quality setting is too low. Increase it slowly. Hi Margaret Regrettably you got only a few prints out of the cartridge. Photos invites posters and other design-based prints increase the ink depletion rates. Print these types of items sparsely. It might be clogged if the cartridge was sitting a long time in between uses. You can also try the automatic cleaning option on the printer. Ink for my HP printer
For me this ink is a little on the pricey side! We don’t use the printer that often but it’s better to buy the package that includes all colors since it’s a little cheaper.

XL ensures more prints with more ink
I had to use regular size cartridges in the past when there was a problem with the XL cartridges. I was extremely disappointed in how fast those cartridges emptied. These cartridges give you so much more ink!

Hi Richard Unfortunately the magenta cartridge is not printing. I hope I can help you solve this problem. Is it showing as empty on the ink monitor? May the printer is not recognizing the cartridge. HP ink does not seem full when new
HP New ink cartridges do not seem to be full when I put them into my printer. I always check my put new ones in and you can see that they’re not full and this is a big disappointment because the ink is very expensive

Hi Victoria I think I can explain what you are seeing. I understand how disappointing having only half-filled cartridges feels. The ink cartridge might be filled to a certain percentage so the cartridge does not leak. Another possibility is that the printer is not properly registering the amount of ink.
