Prefer having high yield on all four items
Same as above. This copy model 6970 is a superior product but having the capability of longer use without having to replace colors would be helpful.

yellow, no ink flow
Yellow would not print, the out let pad looked dry, after pumping the out let of the cartridge many times with a pen, it began to print. Pad looked yellow then.

Printer Ink Cartridges
Purchase was very easy cashier was helpful and courteous. Stock however was very low -- I purchased the last cartridge on the wall.

HP Ink Cartridges
The 902 XL cartridges hold up pretty well. If the ink cartridges are not XL the cartridge does not last very long

Leaky cartridges are a hassle. I completely get your frustration. There are a few remediation steps to move forward.
Get an exchange or refund for the cartridge. The process is quick and accessed at https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/ReturnsandExchanges?id=page-return-exchange-policy/.
If the printer is HP, contact our support team to see if they can help.
Reach them at https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp.
Going forward, here are some tips on installing cartridges:
Gently grasp the handles on either side of the printer. Make sure the cartridge locks in place. Let the cartridge carriage move to the middle and adjust before use. Be careful to only touch the black plastic on the ink cartridge. Remove the plastic tape from the ink cartridge.
I hope these three suggestions help.

good product and cheaper than the stores the only thing is the shipping takes long time other than that is perfect
