Did not work.. Black was totally dried out :(
Unfortunately the black was totally hard and dried out.. need to see if they will exchange.. Shake your packages friends..

Having problems with it. The printer keeps saying we are out of black ink the cartridge is only a week old.

Good Quality and Long Lasting

Hi Jacqueline I am very sorry that you had this problem. The message about incompatible cartridges can mean that your printer was not designed to use that particular cartridge or it could be caused by other things. If there is a fingerprint or some damage on the contacts the printer’s sensors might mistake it for a bad cartridge. To see if that is the case carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with lint-free material to see if that helps the connection. If that does not work you can return the set to your seller as defective cartridges. Mary HP Care hp.com/support

I had purchased 2 cartridges with all colors and the blue ink would not work. Staples would not replace or refund them. If I were not desperate I would not have gone back to staples. My printer (that I purchased there)would not work without it.
