Not please
I installed the ink in my printer and it’s still printing very light not sure what’s going on

Hi,
I am truly sorry that you had this sort of experience. It is likely that the printhead inside the printer is clogged and not letting the ink flow through onto the paper very well.
If something other than the printer's power button is used to turn the printer off (a power strip perhaps) the inkjets in the printhead can get clogged and not spray the ink out very well. There is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu that you can use to clear them out.
Although it is a good idea to shut the printer down between uses, it is important to always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives time for a ‘parking routine" so that the printhead is protected from excessive drying (which leads to clogs forming in the inkjets).

This is 2nd time in a year that one the cartridges (this time was magenta) did not work. If HP is going to sell me expensive refurb'd cartridges as new... make sure they work. My next printer purchase may not be HP.

Excellent quality but expensive.
I know brand name toner is expensive but I frequently shop at Staples and was expecting to pay a lesser price.

It was Ink!
I bought ink and it printed. What more can I say other than that all ink is ridiculously expensive (more than $12 000 per gallon!)

Replacement caratridge working well
The HP 902XL cartridge is required for my printer. It works efficiently and is easy to change. Always then recycle the empty cartridge with drop off at Staples..

Convenient packaging
I like the double black with the colors packaged together. Very expensive though. Good quality printing!

Run out too fast
I love HP ink but they never last long enough. I am out already. I only printed about 400 copies
