Poor design for prolonged use
Bench of chair is weak, it dips in the center making it painful for prolong sitting.

Comfortable and sturdy
I had this chair in a different color for years and it held up great, no wear, very comfortable, and not too difficult to assemble. I switched out the casters right away for rollerblade style wheels and it works great with them. Disappointing
I am very disappointed in this chair. The pros are that it looks good and is easy to assemble. Unfortunately these are outweighed by the cons that make the chair borderline unusable.

Decent basic chair
Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again just because it’s not comfortable to me. Not enough lumbar support, not enough options to change your position once in the chair.
I learned my lesson and I will try a chair next time before I buy it.

It's very unfortunate that this chair will not accomodate a 6'1" person. The head rest set at its highest setting hits my shoulder blades, and seat is very narrow. Not for a tall person.

Nearly perfect chair
I walked past this chair multiple times while I was in the store. I had no intention of trying it because it has features I usually can't stand in an office chair.
