Poor design for prolonged use
Bench of chair is weak, it dips in the center making it painful for prolong sitting.

There was a sign above the chair that it was on sale, but the clerk said it did not apply to that chair. That was wrong, I see right beside this space that the chair I bought for $299l.99 is only $144.99. I will never trust Staples again.

Honestly rather comfy
Solid chair at a good discount. Was kinda sad to the Staples store didn’t show their chair was on sale. It seems to only be online. Regardless the chair feels good and I love the mesh allowing air flow.

Don't expect an actual warranty
I am currently on the phone with someone who can't seem to spell nor adhere to simple instruction on NOT CALLING ME "Ma'am,". I had bought 2 of these chairs and they would gradually fall down on their own while sitting in them. I am being told by the customer service person she is taking so long because she can't spell and needs to check after REPEATEDLY having to repe...

Great chair
I work remotely and need a chair that will be comfortable all day. For the price this is a great chair. I strongly recommend purchasing the bigger wheels for an additional $50. Easier rolling.

Hyken Mesh Swivel Chair
I love my new office chair! It’s very comfortable even after sitting for quite a while. My pets cats are not going after it like the faux leather chair I had before which was an important consideration in purchasing this chair!

Wonderful style
I really enjoyed the sitting and head position when I first sat in the chair at Staples. It felt comfortable and had adjustment and heigh adjustments. I felt sturdy and had a color I wanted. The employees were very nice ans supported in helping me with my needs.

Comfortable and versatile chair
Purchased 4 of these chairs for the entire family. No complaints across the board. Functional, comfortable, and hopefully durable due to it's mesh composition. All previous office chairs only last a few years. Counting on this one going the distance.
