Seat was DEFECTIVE!
The staples on the seat portion of this chair pulled out from the side. I used the chair for a week before it started to pull out. I would not buy this product again.

Comfortable chair, easy to assemble
Relatively easy to put together. Nice assembly kit - even the screws are color coded. Just take your time and follow the instructions. And the chair has a lot of adjustments, so it is comfortable for a wide range of body types.

Great chair but...
I purchased this chair almost two weeks ago and, when I opened the box to assemble it, there were four screws missing. This required a trip to the hardware store to locate replacements. The manufacturer should have done a better job of checking that all necessary hardware was included. Otherwise, the chair is comfortable, and I hope it will last a long time.

Chair was shipped with ‘picture’ instructions for assembly. Would have been helpful to have written instructions too.
Chair has multiple adjustments to adapt to my needs. And it especially has adjustment for arm height.

Poor Quality
The chair itself is very comfortable, but only after a short amount of time the 'seat' started to pull out of the plastic mold.

Very comfortable
I tried many chairs when I was at Staples and this felt the best. This is probably the best chair that I ever had. Hard to explain except that I feel very relaxed in this chair. Very good for my lower back.
