Well-built and very comfortable exec chair
I was not shopping for a new desk chair when I found this one on sale and on display at Staples. A few minutes sitting in it persuaded me to buy one. The construction is excellent and it is one of the most comfortable desk chairs I have ever sat in.

Bad quality
This office chair is of very poor quality. If you don’t purchase a warranty it’s essentially throwing money away. The faux leather stretches out if you work long hours like 8 hours a day. Additionally the backrest which is supposed to support your spine bends over time. Within six months you’ll start experiencing back pain or fatigue. After half a year this chair...

Price was ok. Chair was floor model already put together. Last one. Had to pay the assembly fee. I was charged "warranty fee" even though I didn't want it. Will check out Office Depot next time.

Good chair
Good chair. Assembly was a bi difficult. Lining up the screws to attach the arms was annoying. When all was done it is a good chair.

Very comfy chair!
This chair is very nice. It was the most comfortable one in the store that I sat in. It only has a 275 lb weight limit and a plastic base but seems quite sturdy for my needs. I love how it rocks. I may have fallen asleep in it after I set it up. The bonded black leather paired with shiny brown faux wood are very pretty.

Beautiful office chair
This Westcliffe leather chair has supple leather comfortable cushioning and looks great. A Staples staff person assembled it and put it in our car trunk. Excellent service from our local Staples store in Manhasset.

Great Customer Service
I had pushed the button that I was on my way and the chair was waiting for me at the front of the store. A gal at the front helped me find it checked my ID and helped with bringing the chair on a dolly to the curb as I pulled up my car to the front of the store. It was a pretty fast delivery that ended up with me shaking her hand and thanking her for her help.

Comfortable Chair
Extremely comfortable. I tried many different chairs and this one was significantly more comfortable. As well the lock & recline mechanism was better than any other chair I evaluated. The chair was also lower in cost than most competitive chairs. I'm 6'3" 190 lb. The Chair fit me perfectly. The seat & back are very soft. Great chair.

Excellent customer service and assistance. Went the extra steps to call Warwick stork location to secure additional chairs. Upon arrival the chairs and sales associate were waiting for me on arrival. Both location the chairs were loaded into my vehicle. Really exceptional customer service experience. Thank you!

great price but a bit of a let down
My La z boy bradley broke. So I went to replace it and didn't want to pay 2x the original price. I went with the Westcliffe and it just wasn't a comfortable 10 hour office chair. It was nice but I had to exchange it and buy another Bradley.
