Disappointing
Honestly, I’m not that thrilled with this product. This is the second unit I’ve purchased. The first one was PERFECT (a year ago). The second unit just went downhill. It doesn’t have a protruding drain piece for excess water like the first unit does, even though the model numbers are the same. Easy to install, practical, and efficient
We have had this unit as our emergency back up since 2017 after our 20+ yr old homes central air system went out. We used it for several months then, while we saved to cash flow a complete install of central air system. The Big Freeze
Well I brought this a month ago because I had another one before this one but had to give it away because it was too big. So I downsized for this one and it works just as good as the one I gave away

Cools great
I like this little 8000 btu a/c, it cools room down nicely. My only complaint is its a little noisy. But overall I would buy again.

Great Little AC!!
Needed a small air conditioner that could cool a larger room and this fit the bill! It ran all summer with no issues. It cooled perfectly and quietly. It was very easy to install and to use. I think we will always buy LG products!!

Great Improvement

Ok until it’s not
Only had it for a year but going to need to replace it after this season. It still cools, but has gotten very loud. Sort of a static noise, but nothing I can easily identify. Will try a different brand next summer

Great features. Very quiet!
I bought this a month ago and I wish I had bought it before the summer heat. My old window AC blew kept my bedroom cool, but it was so loud, I could hardly sleep. Nice people in customer service.
The cooling function meets expectations after 2 months. The one negative is that the remote control stopped working after one week. Everyone at the customer service desk was as nice as could be, but somehow, getting the replacement actually sent took a month. Looks great in its box
