I had been looking for a gray marker, but there were no gray ones available, I bought the silver hoping that it would do the job. (The job was to cover several small places on the linoleum in the entrace by the front door.where the surface had ripped off.) It's not perfect due to being a bit shinier that I would prefer, but it certainly does the job.)
