It’s toner.
I’m not sure how to review a toner cartridge. I’m not sure why someone would review a toner cartridge. But here it goes. The toner arrived neatly boxed in original Brother packaging. Once removed, it was vacuum sealed in a shiny foil package. Removal from the foil was a beeeze. Just tear and remove. Plastic safety tab was just as easy to remove. Insertion into the print...

Fewer pages than promised - only 1000 pages per cartridge
I am happy buying ink from Staples. It was relatively inexpensive, arrived quickly and in good shape.
I am unhappy with the ink cartridges from Brother for the following reason. It is well known and disliked that printer companies are overcharging for ink and setting 'end of life' mechanisms. This could be justified that we are paying for 1500 color sheets even if ink...
