Delivery came with 1of the 5 cases damaged
1 of 5 cases of paper damaged and unusable. A replacement case came and the was worse of than the 1 we sent back have it here waiting for replacement and label to ship back.

Great quality
Our organization uses lots of paper (unfortunately) so a great quality of paper at a good price is needed. This paper creates good copies and doesn't jam in our printing devices. We always stock up when there is a sale.

Dirty Store Sells White Papaer - if you find it.
Gone are the days when it was easy to find and purchase paper for a home printer. The Pineville store has the supply hidden in the back of the store, with no price exhibited, and no employees in sight. Find another Staples store; it’s worth the drive.

Delivery was poor
Delivery person left the paper on the first floor steps. All other driver's delivered to our office. I have always used Staples, the products are great and service was great in the past.

We've been noticing random spots throughout the reams for several months. We require clean paper for our business. We may find another source.

Carton arrived Taped closed
I arrived at my office to find the carton of paper was taped closed. Like as if this wasn't the original carton these reams of paper were in. The carton seriously looked previously used. Additionally, I haven't opened any of the reams of paper yet, but the sides of the reams on top looked suspiciously like they've been wet. I'm not ordering paper to use as scrap pap...

Same label but totally different product
Paper quality is not what it was even half a year go. Seems like every 5 sheets you get a few of tissue paper type pages. Rolls, crinkles, jams, etc. Very inconsistent! We still have an unopened case and I'm crossing my fingers it will be back to normal- Might be time to pick a different brand.
