Product Availability
I do appreciate the availability of this color of toner. However, this was the only color available and I took the only one left, leaving the shelf empty. I will most likely order online next time. Thank you for what you did have.

The cartridge does not work. Printer says that it is out of ink.

New Toner OR New Printer?!?
I could have purchased a new printer for the cost of new color toner. NOT even black toner. Just the color. Adding color and B&W toner is more than I paid for the printer! But I love the printer so I just keep buying more. Very poor selection of Multi-function laser printers out there! Staples had the best price.

Cannon Ink --off brands cost less but printer ink is something you are best to buy the ink that is for the printer you have. We find using Cannon cartridges last longer than the generic so worth the money for sure

Didn't last as long as previous purchases.
I never had an issue before. But this latest 3 pack I purchased went through the toner a lot faster than previously. Normally, the toner cartridges would last about 15 - 16 months. My printing use has always been consistent for as long as I have being using printers. This latest set is lasting me only 9 months! Not good for them being the Canon Genuine cartridges that a...
