Just what I was looking to buy. I have been shopping for a freezer this size but couldn’t transport one. Staples offers free delivery and a great price. Got my freezer one week earlier than expected. Love my new freezer.

Doesn't work
Freezer has a dent in the lid and it worked for only a few minutes. The on/off switch doesn't work. When I plug it in, the compressor kicks on for about ten seconds, then it goes "klunk" and there is a chemical smell --- I suspect it is leaking refrigerant. I never even got to put food into it. Did not work
The freezer did not function properly. The freezer was plugged in for several days but it did not get cold. You were able to hear the compressor running however the freezer never got below room temperature. I had to repackage the item and bring it back to the Staples store for them to ship the item back before a refund could be issued. Staples was helpful in that asp...
