Excellent air conditioning you want.
This is like my second L. G. Air conditioning unit. And I one that we had before this 1. It lasted a good 20 years, so I loved all the LG products that have a purchase.

Compressor won't come on rarely used in 5 yrs someone at LG said it had 10 yr guarantee and I spent a day trying to find a tech to come and confirm it so I could get an auth. letter and a new one after wasting time and unable to find anyone near Sarasota someone else at LG said "no only one year guatantee"--LG has onone in Sarasota-Bradenton an area of 1 million people

Best air/heat window unit ever
Love love love this air/heat window unit. It keeps my room cool or warm. No need for an extra space heater, which can be dangerous. Easy to use and easy to clean filter. I would recommend this unit.

The last three (3) units we purchased were LGs. We have two units in our double wide . We have two LG ( LW2416HR)AC units. I bought this unit 3 months ago and already unit died. Called LG and have to say they were pretty good with getting service company out to troubleshoot problems and pre order parts the might need to be change ahead of time. 2 years on a cool bot...did well, then downhill
Worked well in a 10x18 insulated 'cool room' for 2 years...then it would no longer cool low enough and finally started to squeak...Finally pulled and replaced with same model as the hole in the wall is for one size.

Bad Experience
We bought this last Summer and it cooled and heated better than any unit we have had, but it only lasted a year. At the beginning of this Summer I believe the motor went out. So we spent that much on an ac for one year.

Bad product

Really cools down!
This is a big machine compared with another ones but the size is not a problem when you start feeling the confort using this Window Ac Unit, heat is also a great plus make it perfectly during two winter storms with no hesitation…
The only problem, if you can call it like that is this unit can be a little noisy when operating…

never deal with LG again
I brought this unit 2020 it did well first year with extended warranty.December 2021 the heat didn't come on and it went down hill from there.
