This seemed to be the only healthy alternative to choose from but it didn't disappoint. Non gmo too.

Fruit and Nuts mixed together -- just like the bag says. I didn't weigh the contents, but it felt like 1.5 ounces. Nothing got stuck in my teeth. Who could ask for more?
