This is a good product.
I'll be honest, out here in Kentucky, I didn't think I would need something like this, but it sure has come in handy. Good quality product. Really enjoy using it. I will recommend it to all my friends who want something similar.

Strong
I bought this product before winter hit in Ohio. I actually got to use it on my garage for leaves and pine needle. Worked great for that. We finally got some snow and used it on the garage and house. This product is steady and strong. Works excellent. I highly recommend it.

Seeing I am made to write the review before I have had time to use the product I am not sure what to say. I would assume the product should remove snow from a roof like any other one. The box was packaged nicely.

Works well
I recently received this product and was excited to try it out. It took a few months but we finally had some snow and this thing came through like a champ. Cleared off my windshield very well. Highly recommended.

Terrific Rake

It works for removing snow off of gazebo roof
I built a kit gazebo with metal roof this past year after ordering the kit online. The gazebo is great for what I wanted, however I continue to be very nervous about the roof snow load capability. Good snow puller
This snow puller is great easy to use and the extension is good does not require a ladder. It is something you can use without another person. I was using a ladder and the back of a long broom and didn’t get the job done completely. This snow puller will do the job.

So great!
We got our first snow of the winter, and this product was amazing. I have a very large car, and this allows me to remove all the snow so I can safely drive, with very little effort. Don't know how I went so long without this!

Great quality
It works quickly and effectively for clearing, not only the snow, but also leaves and debris. It keeps me from having to climb up on a ladder or walk on the slippery roof. I'm very pleased with this product!

Good roof rake, but
Product does what it is intended to do however it need at least one more length of tubing. My old one(not this brand) could do 25 ft and this does 20ft.

works great but design could be better
This product works great! The only issue I see with it is the design flaw in the placement of the support gussets between the handle and the rake head. The mounting holes should have been located on the flat surface not on the stiffening feature stamped into the head. Also there should have been washers in the hardware bag provided to assemble the rake.

Good product for old people who can't climb ladder
I have a lot of oak tree branches on my roof of my ranch style house. I was able to pull these down while standing on the ground. No climbing ladders. I don't think I'll ever need this for snow in the St Louis area.

Life savor
Not only is this great for removing snow from roof but ALSO tree branches that fall onto your roof. I use to have to go up on my roof to remove tree limbs that fall onto my garage and house roofs. Now that I am up in age,I don’t have to go up on the roofs anymore to remove debris thanks to the Snow Joe RJ205M Telescoping Snow Shovel Roof Rake.
