Not worth the money
We have tried these cartridges twice now thinking there was an issue with a specific batch, however not the case. We often have errors saying the cartridge is ready for replacement however we have only been using it for 2 weeks. Our average cartridge will last us 2 months.

poor print quality
This printed so very lightly, it was as if the toner were running out right out of the box.

Unsatisfied
The TruRed toner does not fit my printer, and everytime I ordered the correct toner Staples continued to send me this product. I called and was told I ordered the HP 83A toner but continued to get Tru Red. It does not fit in my printer. I am unfortunatly displeased with this product.
