Sturdiness

Sled Base Skewed
My Assembly guy had a hard time with lining the screws up on the back also. Once put together, they looked good and felt good sitting on them. Two of the five we ordered have an issue with the sled base not being square and sitting on the floor. They are fine when sitting in them but will wobble when not, as the front end of one side of the sled base is nearly a 1/2" of...

Screw alignment on back of chair
The top screw on both sides of the back you have to press real hard to get the screw to find and lock into the screw fitting that is pressed into the waferboard. If you don't have the back pressed down hard it will not find the fitting. It took one man and two women to get it to work correctly. Plus an hour's time the rest of the chair only took 15 minutes to put togeth...
