It was delivered with the box crushed and we can not use the product as some of the parts to put it together are now missing due to the state of the box.

Received broken
When opening the box black pieces came out which was a clue something might have been broken. When attempting to assemble the footrest the holes where the curved metal rods were to go would not go through one side because the hole was not large enough. The other side was broken.

Just the right height
I have been looking for a footrest for my home office that isn't too high as most are too high. This is perfect and it's lightweight. It's similar to one that I have at the office.

Parts don't line up; very difficult to assemble
The curved bars do not line up with the holes on the foot platform. They are frustratingly only about 1/8" off. I cut my hand on the end of the bar trying to bend it enough to get it through. I finally shaved off a bit of the plastic footrest to MacGyver it into fitting. I would not recommend this and would not buy it again.

It's just okay
It was a little hard to put the metal through the foot rest. Once it was through it glides great. Was shorter than I thought it would be but any sort of slight pressure like pushing off it to move backwards cracked it. So only rest your foot gently.

It works well and serves it's purpose. It was a bit difficult to put together but I'm certain someone with stronger hands wouldn't have had an issue.

Installation failure
I was unable u to o use the product due to installation difficulty. The bars did not fit into the holes to connect to the flat form. So I’m returning it.

Not high enough
This product doesn't do much in terms of lifting your feet from the ground. It's very low so I'm not sure of it's purpose. Most other brands give you a higher foot elevation. Would not recommend.

Hard to assemble
I have spent way too much time / energy trying to put this together since I rec'd it a couple of weeks ago. I'm following the directions / photos but the curved bars are not fitting into the 2nd holes. I'm sure once this is put together it will be fine as I have had something similar in other offices.

Not the one for me
I tested two different footrests. This one was not as well made as a lower priced Syba model. Might work for someone else just not my winning pick.
