On each frame there were dents on the side.
We went ahead and used them, we just tried to hide the dents by the way we hung them.
No one likes to do returns.
We were disapointed.

Snap fraposter frame
The frame arrived damaged. One of the corners was bent. I did not return it as I needed it that day for a poster that had to go up. You could tell that the frame was very cheaply made. Would not buy again

Front load easy open snap poster frame
It' awesome!! I didn't know how to open the frame at first but when I did, it was really easy to display my certificates and the non-glare plastic cover keeps them perfectly in place.
