Great Printer
Quick printer, easy set up (if you're the least bit tech savvy), prints beautifully! Ink a little pricey, but should last a while. Just replaced my first cartridge, so we'll see.

Huge problem
If a bad cartridge is inserted then there is No.... repeat no way to replace it. I have hed to scrap this printer after 6 months and am extremely angry. You can't buy the ink cartridges over the counter either

Worked well...for a day
We had it for a couple of days before the pages started printing like the ink had run out... but it was definitely full. Returning the printer.

Economical, dependable printer
Been using ny iB4120 since Dec 2017.and printed over 3,000 pages. Printer works great! Excellent text print quality, no jams on single or duplex, fast, economical on ink. I don't print pictures so I can't comment on photo quality. But black is excellent, yellow is strong, blue is OK, but red is a little weak.

DO NOT BUY.
less than a month printer stopped printing red. Did deep cleaning 40, still no red.

Maxify printer is a great resource
This printer is a workhorse for our business. It prints all day on a double sided photo paper without any issues and is also very economical on ink usage.

So far, so good!
We have not used it very much since we received it. But the print quality is very good.Set up was pretty straightforward.Yes, we would recommend this product.

Good printer
Printer works pretty good the only problem I had with it with the set up process which is a little more difficult than it should be.

quality, but
I purchased my "all in one" printer at a Staples store. Advertised by Canon as " Print Anything From Anywhere to Anywhere". Love the print quality and features, BUT I learned this unit does not have scan capability. Disappointed!! Will Staples allow exchange for different model?
