Try taking photos with your cell phone through the microscope.
Great slides. We have used them to look at all kinds of things. Our kids like to collect things from the yard and the pond then look at them under the microscope. We usually just rinse them and reuse but sometimes the sample is just gross so we toss them. For the price they are a great value and we don't mind throwing some out.
