A Great Drafting/Sketching Aid
It had the two "needs" ..... Different shaped curves and transparency to see what is under the curves tool. The package came with a fair price in comparison to Hobby Stores

Quality french curves made in Italy
These are useful for drawing contour lines with ink or pencil drafting pens. They are transparent enough to see clearly when tracing old maps

Staedtler is always top quality
Staedtler is always top quality. I have been using them for 70 years as a student and professional. Never disappointed. I was happy to see Staples carrying their products. The French curves show that great Staedtler quality. I would definitely recommend any Staedtler product.
