Should Have Switched Sooner

Printer wouldn't work
The brothers printer would not work. Spent a whole afternoon on the phone and computer with Brothers support. But I do think Staples tried everything they could and was happy to give me a refund. Will do business with them again as they are customer oriented.

Brothers printers
This is my second printer that I have purchased in 10 years. I print a lot of paper, and this printer works perfectly. Very easy to operate, no paper jam, so far, and love that it just uses the one cartridge. I was tired of buying colored ink, that dries out, especially when I don’t need it.

One problem is scanning documents one pice of paper every time.you have to put one document for scanning and then one after another. It couldn’t scan all the documents you need by automatically.

I am not as tech savvy as most but the set up went without a problem. I was so excited when I printed from my smart phone! I haven't had the need to scan or copy yet but I feel confident it will be "no problem".
I didn't know that it came with toner so I purchased a extra. I should be set for a long time.

Printer delivery
I asked for delivery to my Florida home on Jan 9-11 because no one would be home until then. The package came on Jan 3 and sat on covered front doorway for a week. Warehouse did not read shipping instructions. I will open today.

Great printer
Printer is working well. No ink to dryup when the printer is left idle for long periods. Scanning is easy. I purchased a second one for my summer home. Both sit idle for months at a time and cartridges and ink tank printers just don't work after being idle for months.

Setup was very easy, it connects to my network and prints every time!
Printing is fast and it's perfect for what I needed.
I was sick of cheap ink jets printers always drying up and print quality fading. They never worked when I needed them and sick of of spending a fortune for ink.
