Quality Office Chair!
This chair is well-made. Easy to assemble. The seat cushion from back to front could be a little longer (I have long legs though). There is a lumbar support knob and is supposed to be a knob for the back of chair to adjust the position, but neither of those seems to work. Comfortable seat cushion and moves up and down well.

Not Very Good
This chair is overpriced. The hydraulic piston does not rise very high. The lumbar support is nonexistent or doesn't work as it should. For the amount that I paid for this chair, I was expecting way better quality, than what was received. Disappointed to say the least.

Seat padding is poor
Unfortunately, I did not use this chair until a couple days after the return window ended! I am only 160 lbs and almost bottom out the seat cushion. May have to buy an extra seat cushion for this 300 dollar chair and it supposed memory foam comfort. The adjustments work well enough. Good lumbar. Wish the back was straighter vs slight incline back. Does not roll well on ...
