Looks nice, feels comfortable
Bought two of these chairs for our home office. Assembly was a bit harder than other chairs we have purchased. It took two people and a bit of brute force to get the seatback screwed in properly. The chairs are sturdy, look great, feel comfortable. Happy with the purchase.

24" TALL SEAT BACK, EVERYTHING SAYS 28-31"
I BOUGHT THIS CHAIR BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A HIG BACK CHAIR !! FROM TOP OF SEAT CUSHION TO TOP OF THE BACK IS ONLY 24"

hard as a rock.
I do not feel this is as comfortable as the other reviews claim. It also does not lower far enough. I am 5'4" and my feet do not sit flat on the floor. The center back of the seat is hard. Color is nice.

Comfy chair!
They chair is pretty comfy and so far so good. It did however come with a slight tear in the leather but Im not super picky about it. Hopefully it last throughout the years!

Wish the arms were adjustable
Great chair overall. Could use a little more lumbar support but happy for the most part. My only wish is that the arms would adjust in as they are set pretty wide.

Classy and comfortable
This chair is perfect for my needs. It is comfortable and attractive. The ivory cream color is exactly what I had hoped. The price was right! Assembly was easy enough with two people making it manageable, one holding parts in place while the other screwed in the screws. I highly recommend this executive office chair!
