My chair arrived in very good time. Unfortunately, I signed up for the SPAR assembly service and due to the pandemic they do not do weekends or evenings. So...although I have received my chair (the box looks a little mangled in the corners--I can only hope it's fine on the inside), I will not be able to see it or use it until mid February when I get my first day off tha...

Comfortable Chair
Purchased 2 of these for the office. Very comfortable. One came with a few tiny holes in the leather due to damage in shipping. Didn't return as they were really tiny. I sit in the office all day and this chair has made a difference with my back.

Below the expectations!
I have bought chairs from Serta in the past and there we're great, but this one in particular is very disappointing. From the color being way off, much grayer than the pictures, the chair itself is very uncomfortable for the day-to-day use, not suitable for Big and Tall at all, the back is normal size.
